ZARC is a remote-first architecture and visualisation studio — a close team based in Lahore and New York, working wherever our clients build. Since 2023 we've delivered close to 300 projects, taking buildings from first sketch to permit-ready documentation and obsessing over the drawings at every step.
The work spans private villas, a cultural centre in Baku, hospitality and bar interiors, and commercial offices — delivered as BIM models, construction sets, photoreal renders and architectural film.

Design Director | Co-founder
Abeer Irfan Khan leads the studio’s design direction and overall creative vision. He works closely with clients during key project stages, reviews major design milestones, and helps shape ZARC’s visual identity across architecture, interiors, and digital presence.
Project Manager | Co-founder
Zeeshan Imran oversees project coordination, client communication, scheduling, contracts, and billing across the studio’s active work. He helps keep each project organized from first enquiry to delivery, making sure clients, consultants, and the internal team stay aligned throughout the process.
Architectural Project Lead | Co-founder
Abdul Rehman leads the studio’s architectural production and technical coordination. His work connects design intent with buildable documentation, including construction drawings, consultant coordination, code-aware planning, and site-stage support where required.
Interior Designer
Hadia Amjad supports the studio’s interior design work through spatial planning, material direction, presentation development, and detail-focused design coordination.
U.S. Architectural Designer | Co-founder
Maheen Rafi is a U.S.-based architectural designer and Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), currently on the path to licensure in New York. With experience across residential and commercial projects, she brings an international perspective to the studio’s design process, client engagement, and global outreach.
