A render is only useful if it answers a question — does the massing work from the street, does the lobby feel generous, will this sell off-plan? We build every image around that question.
ZARC produces architectural visualisation for practices and developers who need consistent, on-brief imagery without adding in-house staff. Our visualisation lead works from your model or drawings, matches materials to real product references, and lights each scene to the time of day and climate of the actual site.
Because we are also a drafting and BIM studio, we read plans properly: ceiling heights, window sections, door swings and landscape levels come through accurately instead of being guessed. That matters for planning submissions and for anything a buyer will later compare against the built result.

Brief & file handover
You share the model or drawings, a material schedule or mood board, and tell us who the image is for. We reply with a fixed quote and a schedule within one working day.

Model check & cameras
We clean or build the 3D model and send clay-render camera options. You choose views and crop before any materials are applied.

Materials & lighting draft
A lit, textured draft at reduced resolution. This is where cladding, finishes, sun position and mood are agreed.
04
Final render & revision
Full-resolution output with post-production — people, vegetation, atmosphere. One round of revisions is included.
05
Delivery
Images delivered via shared drive in the sizes you need, with layered PSDs on request for your marketing team.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start a rendering?
A 3D model (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, FBX or OBJ) or a full set of 2D drawings we can model from, plus material references, mood images and any site photos. If you only have sketches, we can model the building first.
How long does a 3D architectural render take?
A single exterior or interior still typically takes 3–5 working days from a supplied model, including one draft round and one final round. A set of 6–10 images usually runs 7–12 working days. Rush delivery is available.
How many revisions are included?
Every render includes a grey-clay camera draft, one lit draft and one round of revisions on the final image. Additional rounds are quoted per image.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan and the USA?
Yes. ZARC is a remote-first studio. Most of our rendering clients are architects and developers in North America, the UK, the Gulf and Australia; files are exchanged through shared drives and reviewed over video calls across both time zones.
